What is aging like for you?
Everything within our body, mind, spirit, militates against giving in to death. Consequently, we are obsessed with the notion to extend our lives including our eternal existence. This seeming instinct for self-preservation extends into the spiritual and becomes a preoccupation with afterlife. However, while here, we may forget how we preserve the inevitable aging. Yet, our efforts to preserve and prolong our lives are part of mystical choice to age without aging.
Many state age is just a perspective. If so, what perspectives are needed to hold and maintain our lives with vibrancy, personality, and growth.
You are invited to share your story, thoughts, emotions, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs, about what sustains you as that inevitable phantom of age seeks to work its potion against us.
I also invite you to respond to others as they tell their stories. By sharing among our collective stories, we can learn how to participate and most effectively enhance our own lives.
